In my previous post, (read it here), I have shared about our boy's night out. It is expected that aside from a little drinks, sumptuous foods are also present and served.
I would like to share one of my favorite dishes in this hotel restaurant.
This menu is name as Cold cuts. One of the best seller and must try dishes. But actually, I rarely taste this kind of menu, because it is one of the most expensive dishes that this restaurant has been serving. But because it is a rare and special occasion, we ordered medium size of it.
I must say, it is worth it and perfectly served especially with your favorite brandy or beer.
From the name itself, it is basically thin slices of cooked meat which are served cold. It has century eggs, beef, pork, seaweeds (which I think making it more expensive), chicken, crab meat and peanuts on top of it. Also there are sauce to choose from where you can dip the cuts. The sauce is combination of ginger and oyster sauce.
That fun night is more enjoyable because of the foods we have eaten.
