Fruit Spring Roll Part 2

Glad you are back, friend! Here were my ingredients for the fruit spring rolls I shared a picture of. Mango, kiwi, granny smith apples, and blueberries! Unexpected combinations with a variety of textures make for a better spring roll. I knew the crunch apple would provide the structure and crunch to support some softer fruits. The flavors all balance eachother as well.

After cutting up your fruit, moisten the spring roll wrap, I used a shallow plate with water in it. once it's soft, lay it down on a flat surface and add your fruit combinations. Try a few more combinations, add in your apples where you want some crunch, and voila you are ready to wrap them
