Yam and vegetable source

Vegetable is very important to our health that's why I always add it to my meal when ever am preparing a meal that has to do with carbohydrates. On today's menu I will be preparing yam and vegetable source in a very simple way without stress.

Procedures

When preparing my food I always make sure there is water available at home most especially when it has to do with vegetables because it needs enough to wash. So the first thing I do is to peal my yam then cut it into the size I want then use salt and water to wash it before putting it on fire with water and little salt.

The next thing is wash my fresh tomato and fresh pepper then blend it after which I will put my pot on fire then allow the pot to dry off water before adding my vegetable oil to heat up properly before adding my onion to cook for a minute then add my blended tomato and pepper.

When my tomato and pepper had cooked for a while I added my salt and Maggie then stary it together to cook for like five minutes so that the sawa taste won't be there anymore before adding my smoked fish and vegetable leaf (Ugu) stary it together then cover it to cook.

Once it has cooked for like twenty to thirty minutes I taste it to know if the Maggie and salt is okay to my taste before I add my raw egg then stary it together to cook for a while before bring it down.

Conclusion

Eating vegetable regularly is important to our health that why I always make sure to eat vegetable at list twice in a week and this time around I even added egg to it so it's very nourished and good for the health.
