For microwave dumplings, I used 1 cup of flour, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder and lukewarm milk( you can use water)
Mix your dry ingredients and add milk to make a soft dough ( must not be too soft). Roll it and put it in cups then put it in a rice cooker ( add a little bit of water so that they won't dry up) and cook for 10 minutes 😃... The liver ( I like it done the traditional way). Cut 1 onion and fry using fat that comes with liver until soft, add liver then salt and paprika. 😃.. Add peppers when almost ready to garnish if you want.
