Wardah bugis-style sardine cooked fish
This is a simple sardine cooking fish and only uses cayenne pepper
Material:
- fish in pieces
- 1/2 piece of nutmeg
- cinnamon
- bay leaf 5 pieces
- 2 pieces of garlic in geprek
- fried onions and fried white bwang
- Tamarind 5 seeds
- water
- sugar
- salt / flavoring
Seasoning that is boiled and mashe d: - 5 tomatoes
- 7 onions
- 12 cayenne peppers ... red ones
How to make :
- Wash and then boiled fish with bay leaves
- Let the fish boil a little longer
- Pour the spices in the pan
- Add the boiled fish .. Pour with boiled water and bay leaves and add the sour sauce (sour seeds squeezed "With enough water)
- boil and add sugar and garlic geprek
- add fried onions and fried garlic
- Add cinnamon and nutmeg seeds
- add salt and flavoring
