Material :
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 tsp flavoring
Chilli ingredients:
• 40 grams of onion
• 20 grams of garlic
• 50 grams of cayenne pepper
• 30 grams of red cured chili
• 100 grams of tomatoes
• 1 pcs of shrimp paste sachets (grilled)
Steps:
• Fried chili ingredients until cooked (except shrimp paste)
• Scrub all cooked ingredients and shrimp paste until smooth
• Give salt and sugar, stir well, taste test
• ready to be served.
