Very tasty dried neatly cooked khichuri

Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everybody is doing very well and healthy. I am also good inshallah.

Today I came back to you with a new recipe to cook a very delicious dry neat khichuri. This is what I cooked without meat. I hope you like it. So let's see, friends, how I cooked a very tasty, dry, crispy khichuri.

Here are the ingredients for cooking dry khichuri-

Polao rice, lentil pulses, Pepper slices, onion paste, dried chilli paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste, hot spice paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.

Recipe -

At first I made polao rice and pulses together. Now I have washed them well with water.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put some oil in the pan and chopped onion and green chillies inside it. Now after stirring them for a while, I put dried chilli paste, garlic paste and ginger paste together. Now I have stirred them for a while and added salt and turmeric powder inside them for a while. This time I put rice and pulses inside it. This time I will stir it well with a little water and remove it.

After stirring it for a while, I put some water in it. I will cover it again with a lid after stirring for a while. After a while, I lifted the lid and stirred it a little. I put cumin paste and hot spice paste in it. This time I will move it again and light it. After a while, when the khichuri was cooking, I spread cumin powder on it. This time again with a little movement I will cover it with a lid and leave it for a while. After a while I lifted the lid and took it down from the stove. So my khichuri has been cooked very easily. It is very tasty to eat. If you do not have meat at home, you will definitely like to cook and eat it.
