My original vegan burrito

Spread a warm scoop of vegetarian refried beans, on a flour tortilla.

Add a scoop of white rice.

Give a layer of salted and peppered lima beans cooked with minced garlic.

Chop salt and pepper roasted Brussels sprouts.

Top with salsa verde, and a line of your favorote chili sauce.

Eat fresh or freeze for a weeks worth of microwavable lunches or snacks.
