Sand cake with cottage cheese and strawberry filling
for the dough:
flour 200 g
margarine 80 g
eggs 1 pc.
sugar 4 tbsp.
baking powder 1 teaspoon
salt 1 pinch
For filling:
Strawberry 700 g
cottage cheese 500 g
cream 300 g
sugar 100 g
gelatin 20-25 g
sugar vanilla 1 sachet
Prepare shortbread: grind butter with sugar, add sifted flour with baking powder, raw egg and salt. Dough to knead, put for half an hour in the fridge. Lubricate with a detachable mold, lay out the rolled dough. The oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Cool it down.
Soak gelatin as it is written on the sachet. Warm up and cool. Wipe the cottage cheese, add sugar and vanillin from the sachet. Fresh strawberries are washed, dried, cook a glass of mashed potatoes and mix with cottage cheese. Beat cream, combine with cottage cheese and gelatin, mix until smooth.
Cut half a cup of strawberries into slices and add to the cream. Put the mass in the refrigerator for an hour. Strawberry, pink, cream put on the cake. On top of the sand cake with curd and strawberry filling fill with cut berries, put in the refrigerator for another 3 - 4 hours.
