So today me and my mum thought of making a very delicious South Indian dish ‘IDLI’ , it’s very light weight dish like a steamed rice cake . people in India like to eat this in breakfast. It’s one of the healthiest iteam of Indian cuisine.
So here’s the full recipe👇👇👇👇
First take 2 cups of rava or suji , then add 2 cups of curd then add some water and 1 teaspoon salt and a peck of ENO then leave that batter for 2-3 hours.
Then put some water in idli vessel and put it on medium flame. Oil the idli plate and gently fill the plates with idli batter. Put it inside the idli vessel and let it steam for 6-7 minuets on medium flame.
Do not remove idli immediately leave it for 4-5 minuets then spoon it out.
Serve hot with your favourite chutney and sambhar.
