Feel free to enjoy it with bread, chips, veggie sticks or any kind of dishes and at any time! We ate it with olive sourdough bread! Fits perfectly!
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the beetroot in boiling water or with steam, until tender.
- Once the beetroot has cool down add to the blender.
