CHOCOLATE CAKE


Hello my dear friends of Steemit. There are always days where we get a sweet and today is perfect for preparing a spongy and rich "Chocolate Cake", which will certainly delight more than one, as this recipe is ideal to share with family and friends, in some birthday party or any special occasion.

When we work in the kitchen it is always good to let the imagination fly with the purpose of preparing the dishes in our style and thus surprise our guests. To make this chocolate cake we first prepare a cake and you can use a mold between 24 and 30 centimeters in diameter, filling it and decorating it with the chocolate cream of your choice. This dessert can yield about 30 servings. And the best part is that the procedure is very simple.


Here's how to prepare a rich chocolate cake:


Ingredients:

• 3 cups of wheat flour.
• 3 cups of sugar.
• 2 tablespoons of baking soda.
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder or yeast of the brand of your choice.
• 1 pinch of cinnamon powder.
• 1 pinch of salt.
• 2 cups of cocoa powder.
• 2 cups of milk.
• 1 cup of oil.
• 1 teaspoon of white vinegar.
• 2 tablespoons of vanilla.
• 4 eggs.
• 1 Nutella or chocolate cream of your choice.
• Chocolate chips or grated cocoa.


Preparation process:

• Once all the ingredients have been gathered, the flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder are sifted and everything is added in a large container so that the cake is very spongy, then the sugar is added. Cinnamon and salt and mix all ingredients well.

• Add the oil and milk to this mixture, mix well, then add the vinegar and continue whisking.

• The yolks of the egg whites must be separated from the eggs. Add the yolks and vanilla to the ready mix and continue mixing until all ingredients are integrated. On the other hand, beat the egg whites until reaching the snow point and it is also added to the mixture, stirring a little in an enveloping form.

• Then this mixture is poured into the respective mold, and it is put into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Once that time has elapsed the cake is punctured with a wooden stick and if it comes out clean we would be checking that it is ready.

• Then it is removed from the oven and allowed to cool a bit to remove it from the mold. Afterwards, it is chopped by the center to add the filling, in this case we will use Nutella, but you can really use the cream of your preference, finally bathe it with the same chocolate and you can not miss the respective chocolate sparks.
