ITS FUN TIME WITH WILSON - our baking hour

Its another wonderful morning and i and my cousin have decided to do some baking although he has been the disturbing me about it so i told him that if he can get up to 90% as his average or more them we will bake some cake and yesterday Wilson came back with report card he had only one B and the rest were all A.

Wow i was happy for my cousin he has grown up to be  smart kid and i pray he continue with such grade

So we decided to do the baking this morning and early this morning Wilson woke up before everyone prepared our bags cleaned everything and was waiting for me wow i couldn't disappoint my little cousin so i dressed up quickly and off we go.

We got to the baking shop and here are the things we bought he love vanilla cake so that is what we will be baking so here is the list of things we bought

  • All purpose flour 
  • White sugar 
  • Eggs
  • Unsalted butter
  • Vanilla extra
  • Baking powder
  • A whole milk 
  • Salt

We have done our little shopping its time to bake and here is our measurements

  • 2oog of all purpose flour
  • A cup of white sugar 
  • 4 large eggs
  • A cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extra 
  • Half teaspoon of baking powder
  • A cup of whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt 

So we got our measurement and now is the preparing which took us just 20 minutes 

  • We creamed the sugar and butter together in the electric mixer for five minutes until its lost its colour to white.
  • We beat the eggs 
  • Now we poured the egg into the creamed butter and sugar and allowed it in the mixer for five minutes
  • Combined the flour salt and baking powder together before adding them to the mixture in the mixer and allowed it to mix well for about five minutes 
  • poured a teaspoon of butter into the pan 
  • Heat the oven to 350 degree farad 
  • Then put your cake in your pan and bake for 30 m9inutes done  

Wilson can now have his vanilla cake
