In addition to delicious, the recipe is very simple and can be modified to your liking, because it can be made with beef, pork or large fish, instead of chicken as I have done in this opportunity. The filling is also modifiable as you will use the ingredients you like and, in terms of economy, use whatever you have at home. The only thing that is strictly necessary and not replaceable in my opinion is the aluminium foil, the tray and a few chopsticks of height.
