DEEP FRIED BUTTER.........Unhealthy yet Irresistible!!!

Deep Fried Butter , unhealthy yet irresistible
Deep-fried Butter tastes really nice, but they are definitely not healthy. It offers a little nutritional value while putting you at higher risk for certain health conditions. They are usually high in fat, particularly the types of fats that are bad for a good healthy condition. Because of the high fat content, they are also high in calories, making it more likely to eat more calories than you need and possibly gain weight. The saturated fat and trans fat in deep-fried butter increase your risk for high cholesterol and heart related diseases. If you consume a high-fat diet, you are also at higher risk for certain cancers and for obesity.

It's not a matter of the first bite but what gets you taken away is the feeling that comes along with the first experience. A pleasant sensation that always gets you wanting for more. A condition that results in getting you into a process that could be very pleasurable but the continuation of which becomes compulsive and interferes with ordinary responsibilities and concerns: such as work, relationships, or health.

People who get stacked may not be aware that their behavior is out of control and causing problems not only for themselves but also for others.

People commonly eat deep dried butter only to react to being stressed, whether or not they have a physical addiction. The focus of the addiction isn't what matters; it's the need to take certain actions under these kinds of stress. Treating this kind of addiction requires an understanding of its effects on your health. Considering the fact that much intake of such foods exposes one's chances to serious health problems.

When referring to any kind of addiction, it is important to recognize that its cause is not simply a search for pleasure and that its addiction has a lot to do with one's health. Is addiction is a disease? or just a satisfactory solution?. Such debates are not likely to be resolved soon. But the lack of resolution does not preclude effective treatment.

Eating just a small amount of deep-fried butter and pairing it with healthy foods, like fruits and vegetables; that are low in calories will balance your diet. Regularising exercise routine will do much of help in burning fats.
