ROLL CREPE CAKE - inspired by the waves (Recipe)


Unlike Crepe Cake Classic, rolls crepe cake has a modern look that is alluring and inviting.
When making this cake, the first thing I thought of was the fierce waves but also soft, lovely!
This layer covers another layer and then curled!
Since I'm a lazy person, I make the cake follow the laziest way! I poured all the ingredients together and mix them up so you can see that in my video!

INGREDIENT:

  • 3 eggs
  • 45gr of sugar
  • 280ml fresh milk without sugar
  • 80gr of wheat flour
  • 20g cornmeal
  • 10gr cocoa powder
  • 25ml of cooking oil
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 50ml strawberry syrup

METHOD:

  • Pour all flour, cornmeal, cocoa powder, sugar and mix well

  • Add 3 eggs to the flour mixture
  • Pour fresh milk into the upper syringe and stir to dissolve the ingredients
  • Filter on the filter, filter 2 times to smooth the mixture

  • Add the oil to the mixture, stir and cover, to cool for about 30 minutes
  • Pour the flour mixture into the pan and wait until the cake is dry.
  • Wait for the cool cakes, whisk 300ml whipping cream and add 50ml strawberry syrup into the mix.
  • I'll put the cream in the cool cake and roll it!
