This is a very special type of #apricot jam which made as a luxury #desert in north west of Iran. First of all, apricots dried out under direct sun for a few weeks, when their colors turned black and brown, they are very delicious and nourishing. Now they are ready to eat or even cook as jam. In this post I would like to share some photos of my newest work from this morning.
