6.Ginger Paste - 1 teaspoon or 1 inch piece grated
7.Asafoetida - 1-2 pinch
8.Turmeric Powder - Less than 1/4 teaspoon
9.Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
10.Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
11.Eco Fruit Salt - 1 Tablespoon
12.Salt - 1 teaspoon (according to taste)

To serve Surti Locho:

Green Coriander Chutney - Half Pale
Green Coriander - Half Pale
Green Chillies - 4-5
Lime - 1 lemon juice
Finely chopped - 1 cup

Method - How to make Surti Locho
Wash gram lentils and urad lentils and soak it in different water for 5-6 hours.

First, grind the gram dal lightly; Take as much water as needed to grind the lentils. Remove the chickpea gram dal in a big bowl.
