La Paz Batchoy is a Filipino noodle soup which originated in the town of La Paz, Iloilo City, Philippines. It's basically noodles mixed with pork, chicken stock, beef loin and last but not the least, some internal pork organs such as spleen, kidneys and liver.

It is then garnished with fried garlic, crushed chicharon or "pork cracklings", spring onions and raw egg.
It is served hot especially during cold weather as a light meal or as an afternoon snack. It is also commonly eaten at dawn after "inuman sessions" aka drinking sessions to lessen hang overs.
