Hey guys and girls, I have been doing the Keto diet for the last 2 weeks.
It's going really well and I'm enjoying the food, I have already lost 10 pounds in weight.
I'm really pleased with the outcome so far, I would like to lose a total of around 30 pounds in weight.
This diet is a combination of 5% carbohydrates, 20% protein and 75% of good fats.
I didn't realise how many good fats there are, I've done a lot of research and I'm really enjoying these good fats!
Some of the good fats you might eat, on a daily basis.
Avocados.
Eggs.
Smoked haddock.
Mixed olives.
Coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil and many more.
Keep on steeming.
