Having a good healthy breakfast is a good start of the day. Everyone needs a lot of the energy in the morning, it helps to wake up and be more effective. Some people don’t have a breakfast or just drink coffee, which doesn’t seem healthy.

Oatmeal
I love to make my oatmeal with cacao powder and banana. So these ingredients bring the rich chocolate taste and natural sweetness. But also, if you try to stay healthy, you can try oatmeal with peanut butter and banana, shredded coconut and mango puree. There are so many options on how to upgrade the oatmeal, so you def can have the different meal every day.
Another of my personal love the cold oatmeal dessert – better works at summer time. So you need to take 40 grams of oatmeal and pour the yogurt on the top. Also, you can top it with fresh/frozen berries and leave in the fridge over the night. In the morning you would get yummy and healthy desserts.
