Materials
1 packet of Wet Kwetiaw
2 pieces Pakcoy
2 eggs
1 chicken breast, chopped
potong2 sausage 3 pieces
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
saori 1 tbsp oyster sauce
to taste Oil Barco
to taste sweet soy sauce
to taste Water
Subtle seasoning:
4 cloves garlic
3 cloves garlic
4 pieces of chilli orange
1 rounded TSP pepper
to taste salt/Himalayan Totole
Step
Wash clean kwetiawnya drain.
Saute until fragrant spices finely, place eggs, chicken, sausage, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Oyster totole and sweet soy sauce, stir until evenly distributed. Add a little water.
Input pakcoy FRY back half wilted kira2 kwetiawnya input, stir again until blended. Check the flavor.
