Tempe mendoan

This food is one of the typical food from Indonesia, Banyumas, Central Java. Cool for friends hanging out or being friends while watching TV.

Ingredients:

  • 8 sheets of special tempe for mendoan or regular tempe yg size rather large
  • 1 spring onion
  • 250 gr wheat flour
  • 300 ml of water
  • Oil to taste for frying

Ground spices :

  • 8 red onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1.5 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant broth (if liked)
  • Flavoring

HOW TO MAKE :

  • Mixed wheat flour, with a smoothed herb, chopped onions, and water. Stir well. Dip the tempe into the flour mixture.
  • Heat oil until a little hot, then fry until cooked.
