Ingredients

  • 500 grams of meat sengkel
  • 3 boiled eggs halved
  • 1 piece of diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp fried onions
  • 1 thinly sliced ​​leeks
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 orange leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk in geprek
  • 3 cm cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1,500 ml of broth
    250 grams of boiled cabbage
  • Salt oil
  • Lime juice to taste

Ground spices:

  • 14 pieces of red onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander roasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 pieces of pecan roasted
  • 1 cm galangal
    , 1 cm ginger

Complementary:

  • Crackers and fried emping.

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. 2x2cm diced diced beef until tender and reserves approximately 1500ml water.

  2. Heat sautéed oil spices fine, bay leaves, citrus leaves, lemongrass, and cinnamon until fragrant and input this seasoning into the broth and meat. Add salt, sugar, sweet soy sauce and coconut milk.

  3. Bring to a boil and taste correction if it is good to turn off and serve with a sprinkling of fried onions, tomatoes, spring onions, boiled eggs, boiled cabbage, lime juice and fried potatoes.
