Purple Sweet Mud Cake

Material:

  • 200 grams of purple yams, steamed, puree
  • 4 eggs, separate yellow and white
  • 200 grams of sugar
    150 grams of wheat flour
  • 250 ml of liquid milk / coconut milk
  • 50 grams of margarine, dilute
  • salt to taste

How to make:

  1. Mix the purple yams, egg yolks, granulated sugar, wheat flour, milk, margarine, and salt together. Set aside
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fluffy. Enter into the sweet potato mixture while stirring slowly until well blended
  3. Pour the dough into a margarine-treated mold. Bake until browned and cooked. Lift
  4. Serve
