Green banana ice
Ingredients:
- 6 ripe plantains
- red syrup (can taste cocopandan, rose, or others)
- roughly shaved ice to taste
- 150 gr rice flour
- 80 ml of sugar
- 10 pandan leaves
- 10 lbr suji leaves
- 50 gr sago
- 5 g flour
- 200 ml coconut milk
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for green banana ice sauce:
- 10 lbr suji leaves
- 10 pieces of pandan leaves
- 80 ml of sugar
How To Make Green Banana Ice:
Banana king steamed until cooked.
Then lift and set aside
Pandan leaves and sliced suji leaves smoothed with water blend 50ml.
After all mixed well, filter the water then set aside
Rice flour, sago flour, wheat, sugar, coconut milk and pandan leaves and suji leaves are mixed,
Stir and knead until well blended and slippery
Put the steamed banana on top of the dough that was made, then cover the entire surface of steamed banana
by using skin dough.
Steam back the plantains that have been wrapped in dough until the dough is dark green skin.
Make Green Banana Ice Sauce:
Pandan leaves that have been sliced with 100 ml mixed water then blended and strain the water.
Combine pandanus water with sugar and rice flour.
Parang on a small fire while stirring until thick.
Remove and leave warm.
