Ginger milk
Ingredients :
Sweetened condensed milk, 4 tbsp.
Ginger, 700 gr (grilled first, peeled then crushed)
Water, 5,200 milliliters
Cardamom, 14 pieces
Cinnamon, 3 sticks or 5 cm in size
Cloves, 14 grains
Sugar, 700 gr
Red sugar, 120 gr
How to Make Ginger Milk:
How to make it easy anyway. First we first boil water, ginger, clove, sugar, cinnamon,
cardamom, and brown sugar. Then cooked while stirred until boiling for several minutes.
After boiling lift ginger wedang that we have made earlier.
Then filter and enter sweetened condensed milk.
