Crab Seasoning

Ingredients :

4 pieces Crabs / Rajungan
200 grams Chilli Red Curling
10 pieces of Red Rawit Chili
2 Tomatoes
5 pieces of red onion
3 pieces of Garlic
1 tbsp Terasi
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon Javanese acid 250 ml Santan 5 tbsp Oil for sauteing

How to cook :

  1. Clean Crab / Knit, halved. Brush with lime juice. Let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Blend red pepper, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, tomato, shrimp paste, salt and sugar
  3. Sauté the spices smooth and sour until cooked.
  4. Enter the Crab / Knife. Cook until it changes color.
  5. Pour water and coconut milk. Stir well.
    Cook again for 10 minutes until the spices soak and sauce thickens.
  6. Lift, serve hot heat with warm white rice.
