What is Hotsauce?
Hot sauce is typically made from different types of hottie chili peppers, like habanero, tabasco, cayenne and jalapeno. These peppers, like most plant-based foods, it contains qualities that can benefit your health. An active ingredient in chili peppers that makes them spicy and has health benefits is called Capsaicin. Capsaicin has antioxidant effects, a metabolism booster and a disease prevention. However, hot sauce contains more ingredients not just capsaicin, so it's important to use it in moderation.

When i was pregnant, i always want to eat any spicy foods. Everytime I cook Filipino Dishes, I put hot chili peppers or hotsauce in it. I don't crave on something that isn't spicy.

As you can see, I am holding this Certificate of World Guinness Record for buying the hottest hotsauce in the world!
Seriously? A Waiver?
So, I have to sign this waiver and took a photo of us before we can able to go home(lol) due to extreme intensity of the hotsauce and extract we bought so there is no one to blame if ever something bad will happen to us.
We have a lot of different hotsauces. We keep buying everytime we go for grocery because I think that is the reason why I'm very slim. It benefits me a lot!
Sriracha and Frank's are my favorite though, its good to dip fries and chicken nuggets in it.
