"I Want To Share My Special Chopsuey Recipe"(Filipino Dish)

I always cook Filipino Dishes but I can't post it because I always rush it, I don't even have a time to take a photo of my prepared foods because I also do a lot of things such as cleaning our house, washing dishes, taking care of my daughter and etc.
Now, Im gonna share something I cooked and prepared for our dinner today. Since we just ate a lot of meat lately, I decided to add some veggies for dinner! mmm YUMMY!

"Chopsuey(pork)"

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Pork( you can put shrimp or chicken)
  • 1 Onion(diced)
  • 1 Tsp Garlic(diced)
  • Butter
  • Cornstarch
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Broth - Any broth whatever you want to make it more meaty taste(chicken,beef, shrimp or pork)
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower
  • Red bell pepper
  • Snow peas
  • Baby Corn
  • Green Cabbage
  • String Beans
  • Green Chili Hot Pepper

Instructions

  • Put butter in the pot in medium heat.
  • Saute the garlic and onion.
  • Add the pork and sauce for 2minutes.
  • Pour 1 cup of water and bring to boil.
  • Put Oystersauce, broth, salt and black pepper(Stir and simmer for 2 minutes)
  • Put-In the veggies such as cauliflower, carrots, bell pepper, baby corn, snow peas, cabbage, green hot chili and string beans until vegetables are cooked.
  • Dilute the cornstarch in ¼ cup of water then pour mixture in the pot. Mix well.
  • Serve Hot and Enjoy!
