This banana ice cream can be made at home in our blender or food processor.

Those cambures that have already been placed very ripe and we do not want to eat them we can use them perfectly, are ideal because they give the sweetness to our ice cream without having to add sugar, which makes it much healthier.

Ingredients:

-Banana (6 medium)
-Lemon (1 medium)
-Milk: whichever you want (1/3 cup)

First we will peel and slice our bananas and then store them in the freezer for at least 1 day. After the day we'll take them out of the freezer and leave them outside for 10 minutes.
