What do you need?

INGREDIENTS FOR GOULASH.

500-700g (1 to 1 1/2 lbs) Beef, not fatty
2 T Hot Paprika (this is NOT Cayenne)
1 T Sweet Paprika, best quality
1 L (1 qt) Beef Stock, or Knorr gel (see video)
Onions, Celery, Carrot, Garlic (see video)
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Tomatoes (150g/5 oz after peeling)
90ml (3 oz) Red Wine, dry (optional)
2-3 t Caraway Seed
2 t Fresh Herbs (e.g. parsley, dill, thyme)
Sour Cream (for serving)
Coarse Salt, Black Pepper

INGREDIENTS FOR CSIPETKE

100g (3 1/2 oz) Flour
1 Egg, whole
1/2 t Salt
