Sweet rolls with jam
flour 2 cups
mineral water with gas 1/2 cup
vegetable oil 1/2 cup
sugar 2 tbsp.
vanilla
jam
Divide into two parts, kneaded from all the ingredients of the dough. From each roll out a circle of 20 centimeters in diameter.
Cut the circle into 8 segments, put a very thick jam on a large portion, wrap it with a roll. To thicken the jam into it, you can add starch.
Bake sweet rolls with jam for about a quarter of an hour in an oven with a temperature of about 210 degrees to a light cream color.
