Cottage cheese pies with apple filling and cinnamon
cottage cheese 180 g
eggs 1 pc.
flour 11 tbsp.
Butter 2 tablespoons butter
baking powder 1 teaspoon
salt 1 pinch
cinnamon powder to taste
powdered sugar
milk
For filling:
apples green 1 pc.
sugar 2 tbsp.
water 2 tbsp.
butter (grease a frying pan) 1 tbsp.
Knead a soft dough from the curd with butter, flour, egg, salt and baking powder, put it in the fridge.
Cook in a frying pan caramel from a mixture of sugar and water, pour the apple, cut into cubes, mix, cook for about 3 minutes, remove from the plate, allow to cool.
Chilled dough to get from the refrigerator, roll out, cut any suitable form of circles, place in the center of the filling, sprinkle with cinnamon, shape cottage cheese pies with apple filling and cinnamon.
Paste the patties on a baking tray, grease the top with sweet milk, bake for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Ready and slightly cooled cookies are sprinkled with a mixture of cinnamon and powdered sugar.
