One photo every day: Sausage gratin (57/365)

I make a vegetable gratin very often as, in my opinion, they are healthy and delicious. However, my husband is not a fan of cooked vegetables at all. This time I didn't have time to make any meat to accompany the gratin, so I put sausage slices on the top. The outcome is not very beautiful but he appreciated the thought and ate all of the sausages.
