Earth Gems have a texture of waxy baby potato and taste of baby beetroot. They don't loose their beautiful color during the cooking (you can see on the second picture).
Recipe is super easy. Toss vegetables with some oil. Make sure that you cover all the tubers with oil evenly. I usually use grapeseed oil for roasting.
