Summer salad for Sunday family lunch. I call it "50 shadows of green"😉 Baby cos lettuce, shaved fennel, steamed French beans and asparagus, green apple, pistachios, toasted pita bread and Whitestone Cheese blue cheese dressing (melted blue cheese+cream). Easy-peasy and absolutely delicious🥂
