My dear followers and steemit friends, it's been 4 months since my last food post and today I'm finally back with a good heart to say thank you for staying.

It feels new to me to write a new blog post after being away for long time. I have to start a new format since I forgot to sync all of my stackedit files and sadly I lost all my data. So I have to start anew and get over it. But I am very glad and excited to share to you my new video recipe today.

Oatmeal Porridge w/ Cacao & Coffee Grounds

I rarely show myself on my videos but this time is quite different. (Click the video below so you'll see). So I long been wanted to share my usual breakfast meal with me on my morning breakfast routine: just woke up from bed, haven't showered and making my porridge with just my real self coming out from my cocoon.

It feels good to have the opportunity waking up in the morning feeling better as you are both in mind and body. Inner peace is very vital. It's like a gold in a pot, a treasure for you to live life more comfortably and controllably.

This time I wanted to focus on just plain audio background feeling and listening to the environment and our surroundings. That makes you feel more focused and aware of life itself.

For me it feels satisfying to just watch a video with its plain audio background, no music and all you can hear is your surrounding.

INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp instant oatmeal
2 cups hot water
1/2 cup soy or almond milk
1 tbsp organic honey
3 ct cacao wafers
1 tsp coffee grounds

DIRECTIONS

Boil 2 cups of water. In a bowl, add 4 tbsp of instant oatmeal. Add hot water and stir well. Let it sit for a minute to cook oats. Then add honey, cacao wafers and coffee grounds. Stir and Enjoy!

I have to be honest with you guys. I don't really call it vain but I love watching my food videos. It feels like a meditation for me. It is basically the sound and art in the kitchen. The sound of the fork, the spoon, the knife, the cutting board, the water, the mixing, the squeezing, the blending and everything in it sounds like in a grand symphony: a kitchen live music.
