When Angela, my eldest sister and her family moved to Australia, I wondered how they can have access to oriental foods like for ingredients in cooking Filipino or Asian cuisine because they've been living in a countryside with cows and chickens. As I have mentioned, my family loves to cook as we had ran a catering business, a food stop diner, and a cafe in the past. I was betting she will have more time for herself since she started afresh upon landing in Oz. Also, maybe more time to be bored as well. Lols!
Knowing her, she doesn't want to be idle and by that she has found a way to be productive. Since they are living in a farm, she made a vegetable garden and mostly she's been planting organic herbs. The country side has also local produce of fresh and healthy vegetables and her family is raising cattle, so they started the idea of opening a food truck . After the food truck was made, they ventured to festivals, open markets and concerts to sell some of their fusion food creations.

Angela and her husband Terry are advocates of healthy living, thus, they made dishes out from local veges they grow can grow and buy locally. Since they don't have to purchase beef because they raise Angus cattle, only chicken and pork are being bought from the town grocery to add meat on their dishes.
Their two lovely kids, JD and Gabby, are also helping out to prepare the foods. Together, the family has been running this little business in New South Wales. Going to concerts or events which mostly were happening just around the town.
