Jalapeño Stick

Hi friends,

I helped grocery shop this last weekend and, of course, I added lots of items not on my wife’s list! One of the extra items was a few jalapeños. I wanted to eat one, so I skewered one, and roasted it over the stovetop:

Delicious! I ate it right off the skewer, and my kids called it my jalapeño stick :)
