Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of Vegetable Rice"
Ingredients:
Rice
Beans
Shoshinda
Carrots
Cabbage
Black pepper
Roasted cumin powder
Onion
Green chilli
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Eggs
Chicken pieces
Prawn
Oil
Salt
Coriander leaf
Process:
Vegetable rice is a full of vitamin and can be eaten alone. Sometimes I cook for my kiddos. It's simple let's start cooking.
Put a pan on the stove. Add oil/ghee. After heated up add chicken pieces. When it'll be tendered then add prawn and eggs one by one. After that add onion cubes. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli. Add dry spices. When all spices will get roasted add vegetables. Put rice on the top. Mix properly. At the end garnish with coriander leaf.
Serve in the lunch or dinner.
As simple as that!
