Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of Green Shakh"
Ingredients:
Green Shakh
Red chilli
Onion
Salt
Oil
Process:
Today I simply cooked green shakh and rice. It's great to eat at lunch. Always try to have shakh eat at lunch. Now let's start cooking.
It's simple and quick to cook. Put a pan on the stove. Add oil and heated up. Cut red chilli into pieces and put there. Fry carefully. Then add onion and fry again. When onion will get softed put shakh over there. Sprinkles salt on the top. Mix and cook. Don't cover otherwise water will come up. After 15 minutes remove from the stove and serve.
Serve in the lunch.
As simple as that!
