Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of Shoshinda Fry"
Ingredients:
Shashinda
Onion
Turmeric powder
Green chili
Garlic paste
Oil
Salt
Process:
After heavy foods for long week today I plan for a simple Vegetable. Which can be eat with bread also. Let's start cooking. Put a pan on the stove. Add oil then add onion and garlic paste. Fry with medium low flame. Then add vegetables and mix with spices. Sprinkles turmeric powder on the top. Salt also. Mix again and cook. Don't cover just cook like this. Garnish with coriander leaf.
Serve with hot rice or bread.
As simple as that!
