Hello Guys! I just want to share with you how to cook Chicken Adobo.
Ingredients: Garlic Onion bayleaf oil lemon soysouce venegar and blackpepper to taste20180107_180156.jpg
1.Marinate the chicken with soysouce lemon venegar and blackpepper to taste. set aside.
(for better taste marinate the chicken for whole night)20180107_175701.jpg 2.In a pan, heat cooking oil saute onnion garlic until fragrant. Add Chicken and cook until ligthly brown.( the souce of the chicken set aside use for final cook to make the souce of chicken) 3.Pour in souce. Cover and simmer 10min or until chichen is tender and souce reduced to half. 20180107_183036.jpg4. Served with Rice.
