Ingredients.
- 1 bunch of loofah buds (remove inedible portion-cut into 3 inches).
- 300 grams of beef (thinly sliced).
- 4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped-divided into 2 parts).
- Beef stock powder, vegetable oil, salt and fish sauce.
Instructions.
- Marinade the beef with 1 part of garlic, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, a little of fish sauce, black pepper for about 15 minutes for soak up.
- Drain and rinse well the loofah buds.
- Heat vegetable oil in the frying-pan over medium heat, add 1 part of garlic. Fry well until fragrant. Then add the beef, quickly stir-fry until the beef has a little pink inside. Take out and set aside.
- Heat lefover beef oil, add the loofah buds and stir-fry well for a minute. Add beef stock powder to taste until soft. Then add the cooked beef. Continue to cook for a minute. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle a little of black pepper on top.
- Serve hot with chilli (optional) and cooked rice.
