For the next treat I used a carp fish that I bought from a fisherman from Bulgaria
We prepared the fish (wash and clean and then we removed the bones) Now I understand that some people don't like to waste anything and grind the bones too. We did not do that, we grind only the fresh meat of the fish .
Then we take the meat for a dive in the white flour and we shape them into balls.
Last step is to cook them in a frying pan with sunflower oil.
