Well I started to think about how I would do it and I came up with the idea of making it like a chicken milanesa or like a croquette, the truth is that I had many doubts about doing it and I consulted my mother who is also a lover of cooking and she explained to me how to do it and here I am going to explain how I managed to make this hake fillet with a Venezuelan touch.
- 400grs of Hake Fillet
- 125grs of all-purpose wheat flour
- 100ml of water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 small cabbage
- 1 carrot
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Vinegar to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste

we take the carrot and clean it well, then we grate it, then we chop the cabbage in strips, then we pass it through hot water so that it is well clean, we pass it through a strainer and it is ready to incorporate it with the carrot.

- Sal al gusto
- Azúcar al gusto
- Aceite

1º paso:
tomamos la zanahoria y la limpiamos bien, luego la rayamos, luego picamos el repollo en tiras, luego lo pasamos por agua caliente para que quede bien limpio, lo pasamos por un colador esta listo para incorporarlo con la zanahoria
2º paso:
En un embace de plástico incorporando los siguientes ingredientes, sal al gusto, una cucharadita de azúcar, una cucharada de mostaza, dos cucharadas de mayonesa, y un poquito de vinagre mezclamos todo y esta lista nuestra ensalada.

3º Paso:
En un taza de plástico agregamos 125gr de harina de trigo todo uso, incorporamos un huevo y 100ml de agua, batimos hasta que quede una mezcla homogenizada.
4º Paso:
Precalentamos el sarten, luego tomamos los 6 filetes de merluza y le agregamos la sal y la pimienta al gusto, lo incorporamos a la mezcla, que queden bien empapados por ambos lados y lo ponemos a freír hasta que queden doraditos por los dos lados.
