Optimism accelerates within the realms of childhood. There aint nothing better than that kind of perspective. In this photo from right to left, you can see Rick in blue, age 12, Crystal in white, age 04, and Oatmeal Joey Arnold in mustard yellow, age 09. The 4th Arnold kid was not in this photo. So, I guess we're too beautiful to be compared with the Three Stooges or the Three Amigos.
Karate
This photo was taken in 1994 in Oregon. In the 1990's, all three of us were learning karate. In 1990, Rick was a Yellow Belt. Self-defense increases self-confidence.

Victims vs Victors
We can choose to be victims or we can choose to be victors. The choice is up to us. Six years later, Ricky became a Ham. You can study Ham Radio or you can be a ham. The choice is up to you. But why be a ham when you can ham it up?
