I am also IF (missing out breakfast and then eating at around 12 PM). It seems to be working as I have lost weight and have more energy (thanks probably to the low carb lifestyle that I have adopted). However, how would you suggest we choose our supplements? I went into a pharmacy here and literally got a headache looking at all the packages (and most included some sort of sugar or other chemicals that I cant even pronounce). Quite confusing, especially for a newbie who doesnt have a medical/pharmaceutical degree to her name.
