Eugene cop admits the city uses bait bikes and bait cars to entrap the poor.

In this video which I originally posted to FascistBook I document a bait bike sting attempt. I find an officer in the area and ask him whether there is a bait bike operation happening in the area, the pig denies it but I believe he is lying.
